Fridays at the Fort Free programs at Fort Crawford Museum!
Fort Crawford stood guard over Prairie du Chien, WI in the 1800s. Experience what it was like to live in Prairie du Chien in the early 1800s, learn skills to be self-sufficient for those living on the Mississippi River valley in the 19th century, make hand-dipped candles to provide light in the home, trading fur bearing animal pelts and much more through these free events.
